Snow Express Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Book and confirm a Snow Express charter before 1 June to automatically go in the draw to win.

2. One confirmed booking equals one entry into the draw.

3. The prize is one free private bus charter with Snow Express for up to 10 passengers.

4. The free charter must be used before the end of the current ski season.

5. The prize is subject to Snow Express availability and blackout dates may apply during peak demand periods.

6. Pickup and drop-off locations must be within the normal Snow Express operating area unless otherwise agreed. Additional charges may apply for extended travel distances.

7. The prize is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or exchangeable for any other service.

8. Any additional costs outside the standard charter service (including lift passes, equipment hire, food, or extra travel requests) are the responsibility of the winner.

9. The winner will be drawn after 1 June and contacted directly using the booking details provided.

10. If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, Snow Express reserves the right to redraw the prize.

11. By entering, participants agree to allow Snow Express to announce the winner’s first name and booking group on social media or promotional material.

12. Snow Express reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the promotion if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
